9/10/11

I went for a run today. 3 miles in 29.01 minutes...this equates to a 9.67 mile. I skipped a bike ride with friends because I was congested, but knew that I needed to run as it has been since Wednesday. I'm getting ready to run 10 miles in a 50 mile race in just 6 weeks with 4 other girls. Better get my A game on.
